What make us Different
“The question is not about being different, ITS’S about making the Difference”
We envision our students as the leaders of tomorrows, and it is with this vision that Apex molds and counsels each student as an individual leader. All round development of an individual is the core essence of our education system.
Professional attitudes and Organizational loyalty
The professional attitude is the foundation on which our students technical and management skills are built upon. It has been acknowledged by most corporate that some of the most desirable qualities in freshers to be recruited include a professional approach at work, love and respect for one’s job, passion for excellence in one’s activities, staying firm on one’s organizational goals despite external attractions, team work, inner urge to learn what one does not know and conformance to highest ethical standards. With a clear mandate to groom students into responsible professionals for organizations Apex believes in disciplined approach.
Skills and competency mapping
Apex provides companies a clear view on our student’s super- specialization and abilities, so companies can hire suitable students without putting in much effort or risk. Eg- Industry Integrated Course.
Business specialization in practical terms
Apex graduates come in four very distinct flavors of functional training. Companies can hire them specifically for such roles so that they can be productive immediately, stay on and perform to satisfaction.
Pre Trained – Pre Oriented Students
Our pedagogy is focused on making freshers more productive. This can be seen from the following facts:
- Specialization Driven at an early stage: e.g. Exposure to ERPs both as a user and as a consultant. Siebel as a platform for learning CRM principles. Dual specialization (management techniques in HR, Finance and Marketing besides technical work in IT/TM).Students with MS Dynamics skills sets can be productive immediately as technical or business support executives with Microsoft Partners organizations across all business domains.
- Case Study Based Learning: This enables understanding of practical issues in real life cases using the theoretical frameworks learnt in class e.g. Interfacing with foreign students to get a first hand view of the native country’s culture and its impact on HR strategies when dealing with that country.
- Inter-Curricular Projects: Multiple projects are handed as part of the curriculum ‘involving research on actual data, and, if possible, specific corporate problems. This gives students the skill of being readily useful to their managers e.g. the process for defining Training Requirements for a complex multinational (Students have defined designed processes during their project work for various organizations).
- Internship at the End of the year: This enables them to get a grip on field realities and sets the context for the theoretical learning in the second year. Students are coached to observe organizational processes from the close quarters and internalize these observations as practical business inputs.
