Course Profile:
The BBA (Industry Integrated) program has been conceived to fill the gap in the requirements of the corporate world vis-à-vis their front line executives and the abilities of the young graduates.

It was seriously felt that the fresh graduates lacked on understanding of the work culture and took a lot of time to adjust to their new surrounding at the work place. The industry meanwhile had to train them involving high costs in term of time & money. This led to the new recruit's performance peaking at a much later stage resulting in dissatisfaction at both the employers and the employee's levels.

To fill in the gaps between the industry's requirements and our education system's offerings this new Industry Integrated pattern has been brought forward. This methodology would allow our young undergraduates to actually experience real industrial environment while they pursue their graduation After extensive deliberations and discussions and discussions with the industry , students and their parents, Maharshi Dayanand University conceptualized a unique and innovative 3- year full time regular BBA ( Industry integrated) programme. This programme is aimed at developing management skills. Job knowledge and hard-core experience to handle dynamic business situations.

Unique Features:
  • Students will be interviewed and short listed by reputed industry or Corporate for admissions.
  • Selected students will undergo 2.5 year on the job training in leading industry/ Corporate.
  • Industry may pay monthly stipend to the students as per University norms.
  • Regular classroom sessions will be held in Institutes/Colleges at flexi timings.
 Eligibility: Successful 10+2 students or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from Board of Education recognized by the University, are eligible for enrollment to this course
 
“BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA)”

Bachelor of Business Administration, or BBA, is professional degree  course that is designed to give rise to future professionals, rather than mere ‘degree holders’. This course keeps in mind the needs of the industry where the students would ultimately find employment, and, therefore, has a completely different approach to learning.

BBA programme is a strong and integrated Course, which gives the students a lasting perspective and capability to innovate on the job. The Course imparts knowledge, develops specialization skills and fosters attitudes essential for the growth of the students to become responsible and successful business managers in today's competitive business world. Objectives:

  • To provide adequate basic understanding about Management Education among the students.
  • To prepare students to exploit opportunities being newly created in the Management Profession.
  • To train the students in communication skills effectively.
  • To develop appropriate skills in the students so as to make them competent and provide themselves self-employment.
Eligibility: 10 +2 in any discipline from a University recognized by UGC with minimum 50%

“Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)”

BCA is a new age educational course in the field of computer applications. This course (program) is of three years duration. The successful completion of this course leads to bachelors’ degree in computer application.

Fast growing information technology and communication systems have become critical components of almost every company’s strategic plan. Companies which want to take advantage of the new information technologies and communication systems require expert Professionals, who can apply computer science principles to solve problems produced by the interface between business and technology. This is an undergraduate program where students are exposed to various areas of computer applications including the latest developments keeping pace with the industry. Objectives : The course aims at realizing the following student objectives:
