Student's Committees
As the name suggests, this committee is at the helm of numerous events Apex College has initiated and encouraged a wide range of extra-curricular activities for the students. All students’ bodies are conducted and managed entirely with the initiative of students’ involvement and participation .The students can always seek guidance and active inputs from the faculty and the directors’ .we try to emulate the principles of teamwork and synergy so as to derive the cumulative benefits from it. The student body comprises of various committees such as:
- Sports Committee
- Cultural Committee
- Administration
- Placement Committee
- Alumni Committee
Sports Committee:
While curricular activities mold the mind, sports activities prepare the spirit. The committee members initiate active participation by organizing sports events for Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football etc.on a regular basis.
Cultural Committee:
That takes place in the institute. The committee is instrumental in carrying out the cultural activities ranging from the fresher’s welcome party to elocution and debates. It is an opportunity for the students to invest their energy not only in academics but also in cultural activities.
Administration Committee:
The committee is consistently involved in formulating a gamut of activities, which constitute the expedition of a student’s academic input. The team nurtures the students need to stay well informed and conversant with various business and technological issues by arranging workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, panel discussions, seminars etc.
Placement Committee:
The Placement Committee shoulders the responsibility of matching the career aspirations of the students with that of industry requirements. This team, headed by the students themselves, frequently interacts with the corporate world, thereby developing and maintaining symbiotic relations. It undertakes various activities related to campus placements for final year students and summer training projects for the first year students.
The committee comprises a dedicated team that is coordinated by the faculty (Placement in charge). The committee has been consistently raising the bar each year and has successfully achieved 100% summer and final placements.
Alumni Committee:
Alumni Committee comprises of students, who will also be an active member of a club/committee that brings their true potential and helps the students in their future careers. |
